BM833, BM833F and BM833E are Bluetooth Low Energy, BLE 5.2 modules using Nordic nRF52833 SoC with integrated high performance PCB trace antenna.
Differences between modules:

Size of BM833 and BM833E is 10.2x15x1.9 mm; BM833F is 10.2 (15 antenna area) x 20.6x1.9mm

Range between two BM833s is estimated at 1400 meters at 125 Kbps; between two BM833F is estimated at 2300 meters at 125 Kbps.
BM833A and BM833AF are nRF52811 modules.BM833 Series are footprint compatible with BM832 Series nRF52832 modules. Four main differences:
